Serving immigrant families
The Scalabrini Center supports immigrant families of Winter Garden and west Orange County — legal access, food, and social services, with dignity and confidentiality.
Confidential · No appointment needed · Portuguese, Spanish & EnglishWhat we do
The Scalabrini Center is a community charity with several programs serving immigrant families.
Low-cost immigration legal services under attorney supervision — citizenship, green cards, work permits, TPS, DACA and more.
Help putting food on the table for families who need it.
Clothing, household goods, and essentials shared within the community.
Guidance and referrals connecting families to the help they need.
Free education to protect the community from fraud and "notario" scams.
Immigration Legal Access
Legal services are provided by attorney Leopoldo Cunha (Cunha Law PLLC) in partnership with the Center.
Completing the intake form does not create an attorney–client relationship and does not guarantee that the clinic will represent you. Your information is confidential and protected.
Beware of "notarios" and anyone promising guaranteed results. Never pay anyone except the church office — and always ask for a receipt. Only a licensed attorney or an accredited representative may give you immigration legal advice.
Get involved
Our work depends on volunteers and community support. If you'd like to help with intake, translation, food distribution, or outreach, we'd love to hear from you.
